A reservation becomes valid and legally binding upon payment of a reservation deposit amounting to 50% of the total accommodation price including VAT, unless a lower deposit is set by Kopřivná Resort in a specific case. The reservation deposit is non-refundable unless Kopřivná Resort decides otherwise in an individual case. In the event that the stay takes place, the paid reservation deposit is deducted from the total price of the stay.

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM at the latest.

Yes, free parking is available directly at the hotel for all staying guests throughout their stay.

Yes, the hotel includes a wellness centre. Guests of the hotel and Chalet accommodations have wellness access included in the price of their stay. Guests staying in Chaloupka and in the Mája accommodation can use the wellness centre at a discounted rate of 200 CZK per person for 90 minutes, while non-accommodated guests can purchase entry for 350 CZK per person for 90 minutes. Entry to the wellness centre is only possible after prior arrangement at the reception and subject to availability.

Yes, pets are welcome. A fee of CZK 200 per night applies.

Yes, we offer a travel cot for children up to 3 years of age for a fee of 100 CZK per stay, regardless of the length of the stay.

Kopřivná Resort pod Pradědem is the perfect destination for active relaxation – in winter, it offers a ski resort for skiing and snowboarding; in summer, an adrenaline-filled bike park and a fun park for families with children; all year round, you can enjoy a cable car ride, relax in the wellness centre with a pool, and dine at our excellent restaurant. You can also visit the Bistro and Deštník Bar or the Panorama viewpoint with a bar.
