Halloween at Kopřivná

The end of October at Resort Kopřivná traditionally belongs to our popular family celebration of autumn and ghosts. On Saturday, October 31, 2026, the resort beneath Praděd will come alive with a mysterious atmosphere connecting mountain nature, the haunted forest, and our culinary offerings at Bar Deštník.

The programme starts at 16:30 at the lower area of the resort, where all brave little adventurers can look forward to free face painting and hot tea to keep warm. Children will transform into magical creatures and get ready for the main part of the evening.

Cable Car Ride and Haunted Forest Walk

Participation in the haunted walk begins with a cable car ride to the top of the hill. A cable car ticket costs 180 CZK for adults and is free for children under 6. The cable car for pedestrians heading to the haunted forest operates exclusively between 18:00 and 19:00. The last ride up departs at 19:00 sharp, so we strongly recommend purchasing tickets and arriving at the turnstiles early.

At the top cable car station, participants light up lanterns and torches and set off along the marked route of the mountain trike track down through the forest. Spooky creatures and mysterious characters will line the trail among the trees to test the courage of all adventurers, young and old.

Finish at Bar Deštník and Rewards for Children

The trail leads directly to the terrace of Bar Deštník. Every child who completes the haunted forest path will receive a well-deserved reward for bravery at the finish line.

Starting at 17:30, the evening seamlessly continues with an afterparty at Bar Deštník featuring hot drinks, bistro snacks, and comfortable seating for the whole family. Please bring your own lanterns, torches, or headlamps.
